In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the Republic of Korea, and to protect the personal information and rights of individuals using this website, the Center for International Education of Yonsei University (hereafter ¡°the Center¡±) adheres to the following privacy policy in regards to the collection and use of personal information through the Winter Abroad at Yonsei (hereafter ¡°WAY¡±) website (http://winter.yonsei.ac.kr).

Applicant information will be deleted 4 years after the year of application. Program participant information will permanently be recorded in the university academic registrar.

8. Change in Terms of Policy.

If any change is made in the above privacy policy, the Center will publish the change at least 7 days prior to its effective date. If there is significant change in collecting and processing of personal information or provision to third parties, it will be published at least 30 days prior to the effective date. The announcement will be made through a notice on the WAY website.

The officers in charge and our contractors attend regular training sessions to ensure that the collection and processing of personal information is in accordance with the current law.
