1. Eligiblity

- Open to 2024-2025 WAY students who have completed payment of tuition fees and have received a Student ID number.

2. Application procedure

Student wishing to apply for campus tour and extracurricular activities should sign up during application period.

Application period : 2024. Dec. 5th 10:00~16:00 KST, GMT+9

Activities Payment Deadline : 2024 Dec. 13th 16:00 KST, GMT+9

3. Notice

*There are very limited spots for each activities. To secure your spot, you need to receive a succssful letter from WAY office and fully pay until the deadline.

*Detailed information regarding activities payments will be announced separately via email.

*Please refer to the attached 'K-cooking class menu and ingredient' file for detailed ingredient information. We advise against applying for the K-cooking class if you have dietary restrictions.

*Due to the limited number of seats and pre-arranged agreements with our partner agencies, cancellations based on personal reasons or a change of mind after registration is non-refundable. We kindly request your understanding of this policy.

*If you withdraw(cancel) from WAY Program, you cannot participate in Extracurricular Activities
