Dear Students,

Greetings from the Winter Abroad at Yonsei (WAY) Office!
We trust this email finds you well. With just one month to go until the WAY kicks off, we couldn’t be more thrilled to have you on board!

To learn how to make a course registration for the WAY program, please read the attached guideline carefully. The course registration will be open from 10:00 AM December 4th to 5:00 PM December 5th (KST), through the Yonsei Portal system (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr). Log-in service for course registration will be available one hour in advance (from 09:00 AM, KST) for your quick reference.

As a tutorial, we strongly recommend watching the following video, made by Yonsei Eagle(🦅), to guide you step by step - be sure to give it a watch!

While we’re here to support you every step of the way, please understand that due to the high volume of emails and inquiries, we may not be able to respond to questions already addressed in the guidelines. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

* If someone cancels from the course(s), then spot(s) will appear on the Portal system. Course registration operates on a fair, first-come, first-served basis and does not take individual circumstances into account.
* Morning (P1 09:30-12:00) course(s) are not guaranteed for all students. When registering for courses, students should have a Plan B in case their desired course is unavailable. Consider other sections of the same course in the afternoon or Online (video lecture) courses, as there are many available spots.
* While in-person courses have limited spots and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, "online" courses have unlimited spots - allowing any interested students to register.
* We are regretful to say that it is hard to predict the whole enrollment status for the upcoming registration period since all students have different preference to select the courses.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we wish you the best of luck with your course registrations!

Best regards,
WAY Team
