1. Session 1 Course Evaluation & Grade Check/Correction Period

All students are required to complete the on-line course evaluation before given access to grades. Students who do not complete the survey for each of their courses during the course survey period will not be able to check their grades.

*Course Evaluation Period: Jan 13 ~ Jan 24

*Grade Check/Correction Period: Jan 19 ~ Jan 24

Go to Yonsei Portal Services (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/indexe.jsp) ⇒  Academic Information System ⇒ Academic Management System ⇒ Log-in (Input ID, Password) ⇒ Click on ‘Course’ ⇒ Click on ‘Course Evaluation’ ⇒ ‘Save’ after Course Evaluation

2. Official Academic Transcript for student who is taking session 1 only

- Exchange Students : one free original copy of official academic transcript will be sent to your home university

- Visiting Students: one free original copy of official academic transcript will be sent to your home university and to your home address.

Thus, it is very important to fill out the exact mailing address(including post code and name of country) for office of your home university address and home address on your portal.

*Deadline: By Jan 19

Official transcript will be available about 30 days from the last day of program. The transcript delivery may take up to three weeks from the delivery date.

3. Certificate of Completion for student who is taking session 1 only

Your Certificate will be distributed at the Information Desk(Education Sciences Hall 4th Floor) on Jan 16(09:15 to 12:15).

All students will be asked to fill out and submit a short program questionnaire before picking up your certificate.

Please note that the program questionnaire is different from course evaluation.

Also please understand that Jan 16 is the last and only day to pick up the certificate.

4. Library Loans

All library materials checked out from the library must be returned by Jan 16. If you have any outstanding library loans after that date, your transcripts will be withheld and your grades will not be reported to your home university.
