Application reviews take some time. Additionally, your application will only be reviewed after you pay the application fee (100,000 KRW). Please note, the application fee is non-refundable. After the application fee is paid, it still typically takes at least 1-2 weeks to review an application due to a high volume of applications. Rest assured, all before the deadline.

You need to submit an official transcript from your current university. For freshmen, a certificate of enrollment (CoE) is required, and for future students, an official admission letter is necessary. Sophomore, junior, and senior students must submit the official transcript. The official transcript must be in English and issued within the last 3 months.

Students who are currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a university outside of Korea, with a GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. High school seniors who have been accepted to a university can also apply.

Yonsei University has bilateral agreements with more than 600 universities worldwide. Some of these exchange agreements cover Winter Abroad at Yonsei. If you want to attend as an exchange student, please inquire to your study abroad office and apply through your home university.
