Dear WAY Students,
Greetings from the Winter Abroad at Yonsei (WAY) Office!
We hope this message finds you well. The 2nd round of course registration is approaching, so please make sure to review all the detailed information carefully.
Get ready, as course registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis!Course Registration for ALL STUDENTSWe would like to inform you that the 2nd course registration will take place through the Yonsei Portal:
(Wed) December 3 (10:00 KST) - (Thur) December 4 (17:00 KST)
Please note: log-in access will become available starting at 9:00 AM on December 3rd (KST).
* Upon your first login, you will be asked to change your password. If you forget your password later on, click the [RESET PW for SAY/YISS/WAY] button on the login page to receive a reset link via email. Please note that the reset email will be sent only to the email address you used for your WAY application.* Your initial password for the Yonsei Portal is your birthdate in YYMMDD format. (e.g. May 29, 2004 → 040529) Not YYYYMMDD, not MMDDYY, but YYMMDD
* To ensure a smooth process, we recommend resetting your password prior to using the Yonsei Portal.To help ensure a smooth registration process, we strongly encourage you to review the following course registration guide carefully.
Especially, you will also find a helpful tutorial clip below prepared by Yonsei Eagle(?) to walk you through the steps - don't miss it!
IMPORTANT: Portal Access InformationPlease note that log-in access to the Yonsei Portal for course registration will NOT be available before 9:00 AM (KST) on December 3 .
We kindly ask you not to attempt logging in before this time, as the Portal will not be accessible and may show errors or prevent smooth access when it opens.
Log-in opens: 09:00 KST, December 3
Registration starts: 10:00 KST, December 3
We recommend preparing in advance and logging in right at 9:00 AM on December 3 (KST) .
Important RemindersCourse registration and the Add & Drop period operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to log in early to secure your preferred courses.If you have applied for one or two WAY courses, please be aware that, increasing the number of courses is unavailable, as the tuition invoice has already been confirmed. Thank you for your kind understanding.Students interested in Korean Language Institute (KLI) courses must register during the course registration period (Dec 3 - 4). These courses cannot be newly added during the Add & Drop period. Please arrange your enrollment plan in advance!
