WAY COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY FAQ

Q1. Is it mandatory?

- No, attendance is optional. Please complete the RSVP form only if you wish and are able to attend.

Q2. When is the RSVP deadline?

- The RSVP form must be submitted by Wednesday, January 14th, 9:00 AM (KST). Please note that this is first-come, first-served, and the form may close early once capacity (700 students) is reached.

Q3. Can I bring my family or friends?

- Unfortunately, the ceremony is exclusive to WAY students due to limited space and safety issue. We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Q4. When will I receive the confirmation email?

- A confirmation email with detailed information will be sent after the RSVP deadline.

Q5. What is the event timeline?

- Gown & Cap Pick-up: from 15:00

- Commencement Ceremony: 16:30–17:30

Q6. Can I leave early?
- Yes!
