End-of-Program: Grades, Certificate, and Transcript

This notice provides important information regarding the Certificate of Completion (CoC), course evaluations, grades, and transcript services for 2025–2026 WAY students. 

Office Closure Notice

Please note that the WAY Office will be closed from January 19 to January 23 due to a university-wide holiday. Email responses will resume on January 26 at 9:00 AM (KST).

@ LearnUs - Program Satisfaction Survey & CoC

The WAY Program Satisfaction Survey and Certificate of Completion (CoC) are available on LearnUs starting Friday, January 16th.

Program Satisfaction Survey Deadline

Friday, January 16th ~ Tuesday, January 27th

LearnUs → [2025-2026] WAY Student Orientation → Course Summary → WAY Program Satisfaction Survey (MANDATORY)

Students who complete the satisfaction survey can receive the Certificate of Completion (CoC) through LearnUs, regardless of their course grades.

• Approximately 30 minutes after completing the satisfaction survey, you can access your CoC through [My Page] > [Completion].

• CoC will only be accessible for those who complete the satisfaction survey on time.

• Please note that we only provide the electronic certificate of completion. You may print out the CoC through LearnUs if you need a hard copy.

• Please note that the Program Satisfaction Survey and the Course Evaluation are not the same and must be completed separately.

⚡ Notice: Yonsei Portal and LearnUs will be temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled campus power outage: January 18th (Sun), 8 AM to 2 PM. We appreciate your understanding.

January 16th (Fri) 10:00 AM – 27th (Tue) 5:00 PM (KST)

⚠️ You must complete the course evaluation to view your grades.
After completing the evaluation, you may view your grades from January 26 to January 27.

• If you need to ask for grade corrections, click the button 'Grade Objection' and submit before the deadline.


* Please check your grades using a PC (desktop), as the mobile environment may not display all menus on the Yonsei Portal and errors may occur.

Accessible from the morning of January 28th (Wed) (KST)

• Final grades will be confirmed on January 28th, after which no changes can be made.

Yonsei Portal → Language: ENG → Log in with Student ID → 'Academic Information System' → 'Academic Information' → 'Grades' → Examination of grade evaluation

@ Yonsei Portal - Official Transcript (Soft-Copy)

Official transcripts (soft-copy) will be available on the Yonsei Portal from the morning of January 28th (KST).

• Students can issue their official transcripts for records through the Yonsei Portal.

• Avoid using translator apps like Google Translator, as they may cause misunderstandings.

@ WAY Website - Additional Transcript Request (Paid Service)

If you need us to send your transcript directly to your home institution, please follow the instructions below and submit the request form and the service fee.

⏳ Note: Due to high demand, processing may take at least 1 to 2 weeks. If you need your transcript urgently, we recommend downloading or printing it directly from the Yonsei Portal.

Hard Copy

Request Available from: February 2nd (Mon) 10:00 AM (KST)

*Submitting the request form earlier may cause delays in processing. Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis upon form completion and payment confirmation.

Soft Copy

Soft copy transcript delivery service to your institution is available on Yonsei Portal. Read the instructions carefully.
