Refund Policy

The refund policy applies to all tuition fees paid by students for the WAY Program through the Application System. It defines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting a refund, and any additional charges that may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the student must submit an online request through the Application System - "Refund" menu.

*For those who have made the initial payment via "Flywire", the refund is only available through Flywire, not through the wire transfer.

 

 
※ Note
 
  •  - All cancellation or refund requests must be applied through the online application system during the designated period. For inquiries, please contact iwinter@yonsei.ac.kr.

  •  - Refunds will be processed within 2~3 weeks of receiving a completed refund request. No refund will be granted if the student cancels the program after the refund period specified above.

  •  - Refund amounts for international transactions may vary due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. The WAY Office is not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency exchange rate changes between the payment and refunds.

  •  - Please note that we strictly follow the refund policy and deadline, with no exceptions allowed. Please make sure to send requests on time.
