We trust this message finds you well. As we approach the conclusion of this program, please take note of the important information below regarding course evaluations, grades, certificate of completion, and transcript services.

*Course Evaluation: from January 17th (Wed) 10:00 AM to January 24th (Wed) 5:00 PM
*Grades Check/Correction: January 22nd (Mon) 10:00 AM to January 24th (Wed) 5:00 PM
- Yonsei Portal (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/) → Language: ENG → Log in with your Student ID → 'Academic Information System' → 'Academic Information' → 'Grades' → Examination of grade evaluation
Grades will only be accessible after the completion of the course evaluation.
The final grades will be confirmed as of January 26th, and no further editing will be possible thereafter.
If there is a need for grade corrections, please reach out to the Professor directly during the correction period.

*Service Period: from January 17th (Wed) to January 25th (Thur) (Please download the CoC in advance during the given period!)

The CoC will be issued when you submit the program evaluation through the WAY website above. It is strongly recommended to download the certificate in PDF format during the specified period, as it cannot be issued additionally by the office after the deadline!

@GOOGLE SURVEY - [Transcript "Delivery" Request] : One-time ONLY Complimentary

*Google Survey Period: by January 28th (Sun)

*Transcript Delivery: available from February 5th (Mon)
Transcript requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon survey response. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
We are pleased to provide a one-time complimentary transcript delivery service for those requiring transcripts to be sent directly to their home institution. To benefit from this free service, please ensure to complete the Google survey above by January 28.
